30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Email us at info@veltriautoaccessories.com to initiate a return request. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns should be sent to: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@veltriautoaccessories.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
